Support the Portfolio Management team in onboarding new Clients or Partners. Assist in serving as the main point of contact for Clients and Partners. Track and coordinate time-sensitive deliverables. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure client and partner requirements are met. Support in managing client expectations. Work effectively with global teams and stakeholders across multiple countries, time zones, and cultural contexts. Assist in resolving issues by investigating and consulting with internal teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and CRM entries. Handle multiple inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment. Support communications relating to country-specific regulatory updates. Maintain accurate documentation and filing of pricing, contracts, and terms. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Portfolio Management team. Support the Sales and Business Development teams with country-specific requirements and process explanations.
