Requirements:
BS/BA Degree or higher 3+ years of experience as Account Manager/Assistant Account Manager with Customer Services/Customer Success experience Business-level English Motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude Proactive and passionate about client satisfaction and problem solving Ability to multi-task between various inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively with teams and clients across multiple time zones. Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot will be an added advantage Organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize Excellent interpersonal skills Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Support the Portfolio Management team in onboarding new Clients or Partners. Assist in serving as the main point of contact for Clients and Partners. Track and coordinate time-sensitive deliverables. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure client and partner requirements are met. Support in managing client expectations. Work effectively with global teams and stakeholders across multiple countries, time zones, and cultural contexts. Assist in resolving issues by investigating and consulting with internal teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and CRM entries. Handle multiple inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment. Support communications relating to country-specific regulatory updates. Maintain accurate documentation and filing of pricing, contracts, and terms. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Portfolio Management team. Support the Sales and Business Development teams with country-specific requirements and process explanations.
