Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field. No prior professional experience required; designed for individuals eager to learn. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, the technology sector, and specifically in Data roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proactive, eager to learn, and a self-starter with a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a curious mindset.

Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates using various channels for technical and non-technical roles. Support the candidate lifecycle, including resume screening, outreach, and interview scheduling. Maintain and update candidate records accurately within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Draft, post, and refresh job advertisements on relevant platforms. Provide administrative and operational support, such as preparing offer letters and coordinating onboarding. Conduct basic market research and talent mapping. Contribute to a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication. Participate in ad-hoc HR/TA projects.
