Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable experience in leadership roles. Strong track record in managing projects and small teams or key initiatives. Understanding of the Digital Marketing Ecosystem, including data lifecycle and technical implementation. Conceptual understanding of how databases work and are structured. Familiarity with BI and Analytics Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, CM360). Exceptional and impeccable communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Proven experience reporting to senior and executive-level stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations. Solid experience in team leadership, including workload management and project coordination. Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail. Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English (oral and written).
