- Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier college, 3.0 GPA or equivalent. Degree within Analytics, Technology or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience working in a data-based role, preferably in a media agency
- Exposure to measurement of both Brand and Direct Response campaigns
- Natural affinity for numbers / data and a passion for playing with data in order to solve problems
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency with programming languages including R, SQL, and Python
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (Google docs a bonus)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Highly organized and efficient under pressure
- Everything with data (collection, cleaning, analysis and validation)
- Communicate campaign insights generated by our analysis and share communication best practices internally
