Overseeing the quality and consistency of exam and project marking Conducting QA audits and calibration checks Coaching and supporting the L&D Assessor team Identifying gaps and recommending training or process improvements Collaborating with Training, Allocation, SME, CX, DS and HR Maintaining detailed QA documentation, score logs, and audit records Reporting QA trends and insights to leadership
