[Remote] Alteryx BI Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience as a BI Analyst or similar analytical role. Strong focus on Alteryx workflow development, data analysis, and visualization. Hands-on experience with Alteryx is required. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills. Advanced Excel skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. US company experience preferred. Highly organized with strong follow-through. Able to collaborate effectively and drive projects independently.

Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data using Alteryx and other BI tools. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to support decision-making. Develop and maintain reports and interactive dashboards using Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. Present complex data clearly and effectively to stakeholders. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define targets and create performance reports. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data through Alteryx-based ETL processes. Identify and resolve discrepancies in large datasets. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate data into actionable insights. Leverage Alteryx automation and workflow optimization.
