Requirements:
3+ years of federal proposal writing experience, preferably in the healthcare or Medicare domain. Experience responding to CMS or Medicare RFPs. Strong knowledge of the federal procurement process (FAR), RFP structures, and proposal development best practices. Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs, technical teams, and capture professionals. Exceptional writing, editing, organization, and research skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Write technical and non-technical sections for CMS and Medicare proposal responses. Research information using multiple sources. Participate in color team reviews and incorporate feedback. Collaborate with capture teams to develop win themes and proposal strategies. Translate solution concepts into compliant proposal content. Support pre-RFP capture activities. Own assigned proposal sections and deliver high-quality content. Write additional business documents like white papers and capability statements. Ensure content complies with RFP instructions and Government evaluation criteria.
