At least two years of experience running paid social advertising on Meta and TikTok Ads at a high level for e-commerce brands. Understanding of effective paid social testing and scaling approaches. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Experience using ad account data for day-to-day changes and optimizations. Highly organized with strong ad account hygiene and naming conventions. Prior agency experience or experience in a 7-8 figure e-commerce brand (preferred). Strong understanding of Shopify and DTC e-commerce. Exceptional research skills.
