Hold relevant industry qualifications Proven experience in maintaining and servicing fire alarm systems Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients Highly organised Excellent communicator Have a full, clean UK driving license Flexible and able to work on-call or overtime as required Familiarity with Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec fire alarm systems is beneficial

Maintain Fire Systems, Emergency Lighting and Portable Extinguishers Carry out minor remedial works that arise during the maintenance visit Plan routine maintenance calls within your area Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits Maintain stock levels Attend training sessions Attend weekly engineering team meetings Identify personal training and development needs
