Requirements:
Proven capacity to develop relationships and optimize enterprise customer accounts within SaaS. Experience working in early-stage startups. Understanding of visual quality creation and passion for GenAI. Familiarity with technical frontend and backend development concepts. Ability to identify and address technical concerns and provide solutions. Experience with adjacent technologies like DAMs, PIMs are a plus. Extremely organized and able to balance multiple customers. Self-starter. Prioritize customer experience, happiness, and retention. Efficient and clear communicator. Enthusiastic about AI and fast-growing GenAI startups. Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end experience of Enterprise customers. Lead customer onboarding and identify new use cases. Monitor product usage and proactively address issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Lead strategic initiatives for customer adoption. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and ML. Identify and pursue expansion opportunities with Account Executives. Own customer support for API-related inquiries.
