Intermediate Software Developer (Node.js/React/TypeScript)

University degree or college diploma in a technical program or equivalent work experience. 3-4 years of hands-on experience building fullstack web applications. Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (e.g., Webpack, Vite). Fullstack experience with NodeJS/NestJS/AWS and the TypeScript ecosystem. Experience with PostgreSQL. Experience with RESTful API design and implementation. Front-end experience with React/Typescript. Experience with Redux/State management tools. Direct experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform is an asset. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) is an asset. Passion for clean, reusable, and well-structured code. Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement. Excellent critical thinking and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively.

Take ownership of developing custom features and their technical implementation. Implement, test, and monitor features for quality and reliability. Develop, test, and maintain codebase with clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build scalable systems. Discuss strategy for potential software solutions. Monitor system performance. Contribute to DevOps practices using infrastructure as code. Develop an understanding of company goals.
