Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Arabic language, communications, marketing, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX writing or digital content creation Excellent command of Modern Standard Arabic with full understanding of Saudi dialect and culture Strong ability to simplify language and write clear, user-friendly content Ability to write in a friendly, consistent tone aligned with the brand’s voice Good understanding of UX design principles and user interaction Proficiency in English (reading and writing) Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
Write UI copy (buttons, labels, placeholders, error messages) Create and refine system messages, notifications, and pop-ups Develop UX content for service browsing and booking journeys Contribute to tone of voice and language style guide Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams Write and edit content in Arabic and English with equivalent meaning Improve copy based on user feedback and analytics Write automated messaging content (emails, in-app notifications) Conduct text clarity and usability testing Create content for help pages, FAQs, and support documentation
