Comfortable with the modern LLM stack (vLLM, HuggingFace, fine-tuning pipelines, eval frameworks). Understand the technical rigor required to moderate NSFW content effectively. Intuition for LLM physics: prompt conditioning, temperature, and sampling. Doer Mindset: Value velocity and distinguish between academic and production solutions. Owner Mindset: Obsess over metrics, regressions, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
Act as a Player/Coach: Architect systems and mentor team while writing production code. Own the core chat loop: Optimize context windows, memory/RAG retrieval, and inference latency. Drive strategy for SFT and RLHF/DPO. Manage the "Data Engine": oversee sourcing, labeling, and cleaning of datasets. Design and train custom classifiers for content moderation.
