Senior Software Architect

7+ years experience as a Software Architect, Principal Engineer, or Senior Backend Engineer. Deep experience with system architecture, backend logic, and flow design. Strong understanding of scalable, modular, and maintainable architecture. Proven experience refactoring or rescuing complex, high-usage systems. Familiarity with Node.js / PHP / Python (any is fine as long as they understand architecture). Familiarity with SQL databases. Familiarity with Microservice patterns. Familiarity with API design. Familiarity with Event-driven systems. Familiarity with Notification systems. Familiarity with Role & permission frameworks. Familiarity with Workflow engines. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to simplify complex logic into clear, documented flows. Comfortable taking ownership and making architectural decisions. Ability to work directly with the CEO and senior team.

Map the full architecture of the MS platform. Identify and remove overlapping or outdated logic. Redesign core workflows for simplicity and scalability. Establish a single source of truth for each module. Create modern architecture patterns for developers. Serve as primary decision-maker for system logic and backend structure. Provide architectural guidelines to development teams. Oversee new feature planning to prevent conflicts. Review technical proposals and validate implementation plans. Lead rebuilding of critical backend logic. Ensure system readiness for AI-based automation. Improve system performance, stability, and reliability. Create complete documentation for system flows and dependencies. Implement architecture review processes. Build coding and logic standards. Collaborate with departments to understand business logic. Translate business requirements into architectural solutions. Collaborate with developers on high-quality implementation.
