Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver Max AI, ensuring seamless user experiences that delight customers worldwide. Mentor team members by guiding them through design challenges, overcoming technical obstacles, and resolving bottlenecks to drive project progress. Contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment where clear direction isn't always available—your initiative and communication will be crucial. Engage with customers, executives from outside of engineering and other leaders from within the development team, providing key insights that drive product decisions.
