Serve as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order. Assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer and customer agency representatives. Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring timely implementation of technical solutions and schedules. Coordinate with Infrastructure Engineering teams for surveys, technical drawings, and cable/power infrastructure. Provide leadership, management, direction, administration, documentation, and quality assurance. Prepare and present executive overviews on scope, schedule, and resource management. Single point of contact for interfacing with Government management personnel. Develop and enforce work standards and communicate Government policies. Manage project schedules and resources to ensure deliverables meet government schedules. Communicate daily with Project Managers, Points of Contact, and regional leads. Develop and maintain an integrated master project schedule. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Develop and present In-Process Review (IPR) slides and attend required meetings. Provide human resources support including personnel actions, mentorship, and evaluations. Review, evaluate, and recommend improvements to operations. Review and approve technical solutions and provide staff recommendations. Review subcontracts and provide assessments and recommendations. Lead hiring activities including job requisitions, resume review, interviews, and onboarding. Develop and update the Task Order Management Plan (TOMP). Provide AGE leadership with weekly and monthly status updates. Develop and submit management plans, reports, dashboards, and metrics. Establish and maintain a Communications Plan. Proactively identify and address risks/issues.
