Serve as project manager for task orders, assisting the Program Manager with government liaisons. Manage overall task order execution, ensuring timely planning and implementation of technical solutions and schedules. Coordinate regularly with Government leadership. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to contract team members. Develop and submit contract deliverables on time and to quality standards. Provide project lifecycle leadership, management, direction, and quality assurance. Prepare executive overviews on scope, schedule, and resource management. Serve as the single point of contact, enforcing work standards and communicating goals. Develop and manage project schedules and resources. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Prepare and present In-Process Review (IPR) slides and attend meetings. Provide human resources support, including staffing, mentorship, training, and evaluations. Review subcontracts and provide recommendations. Lead hiring activities, including requisitions, resume review, interviews, and onboarding. Develop and update the Task Order Management Plan (TOMP). Provide weekly and monthly status updates to AGE leadership. Identify and address risks/issues proactively. Assist in preparing and maintaining project financial reports and budgets.
