Technical Project Manager, Digital Technology

7+ years of experience in Project or Program Management. Experience with customer-facing ecommerce, ERP, supply chain, data/analytics, and infrastructure initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field. Demonstrated experience managing technology programs across regions and business units. Strong understanding of digital technologies and data-driven solutions (Shopify experience a plus). Strong track record in vendor management, including contracts, SOWs, and deliverables. Experience with budget tracking, resource allocation, and financial reporting. Understanding of enterprise technology systems (Salesforce, Shopify, NetSuite, Oracle Planning Cloud, etc.). Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies. Business requirements gathering and validation.

Manage end-to-end project delivery for omni-channel and manufacturing technologies. Partner with stakeholders to define program goals, metrics, and action plans. Develop program staffing plans and mitigate constraints. Gather requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications. Collaborate with Solution Architects on system designs. Manage vendor relationships, including SOW review and contract execution. Track and manage program budgets and financial reporting. Proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies. Deliver executive-level reports on progress and risks. Contribute to global program management framework improvements.
