4+ years in Data Analytics with a focus on Product Analytics or Growth. Prior experience in Crypto, Fintech, or high-velocity B2C Tech (Gaming/E-commerce) is highly preferred. Expert proficiency in SQL. Deep hands-on mastery of Mixpanel. Proficiency in Tableau for high-level reporting. Experience with Segment or similar CDPs. Ability to translate complex business questions into technical queries and explain to non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working with ambiguity and pushing projects from idea to deployment.
