Requirements:
1–2 years of front-end development or design engineering experience. Expert proficiency in HTML and CSS. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat). Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices (WCAG/ARIA). Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, front-end development, or related field. Strong eye for detail in layout, typography, and visual consistency. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
Convert Figma and Adobe Creative Suite designs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS. Review, edit, and refine AI-generated layouts and design outputs. Make front-end changes across HTML, CSS, and PDF files. Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to optimize UI/UX. Adjust and optimize layouts, graphics, and interactive elements. Provide structured feedback to AI models. Capture user and client feedback to continuously enhance the company’s platform’s design-to-code workflows.
