2+ years of helpdesk or tech support experience Knowledge of core Active Directory services Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services Knowledge of remote assistance tools Understanding of Networking and Routing Proficiency with MS Windows Proficiency with MS Office Suite Strong communication skills Intermediate English level or higher Knowledge of Linux administration will be an advantage Familiarity with AI tools for automating routine tasks and processes Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems/Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — would be a plus
