Design underlying data lake for future reporting. Own commercial-facing data lake, scaling to G&A functions. Build ELT/ETL pipelines from CRM, marketing, product usage, and finance systems. Define data governance, standards, and data model structures. Ensure data reliability, accuracy, and consistency. Develop reporting and models for pipeline health, marketing performance, NRR/GRR, and forecasting. Identify leading indicators of commercial performance and operational bottlenecks. Automate manual reporting with BI pipelines. Own the BI stack (e.g., Tableau / Looker / PowerBI). Implement scalable metric definitions, data dictionaries, self-serve data models, and governance. Partner with Marketing, Sales, CS, Product, Finance, and Executive teams. Translate business requirements to data models, dashboards, and insights. Build a Commercial Analytics roadmap. Hire and scale an analytics & BI team.
