Requirements:
Master's degree in a life sciences field with 8+ years of commercial experience, or a PhD in a life sciences field with 5+ years of commercial experience Experience conducting scientific presentations to internal and external audiences Demonstrated ability to learn customer needs and decision-making processes Hands-on experience with a variety of life science instrumentation and laboratory equipment Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, high-growth environment Valid passport and driver’s license
Responsibilities:
Train customers/collaborators on instrument usage and data analysis Support designing and conducting experiments Manage and support early installations Influence application product requirements Integrate support needs into new product requirements Evaluate usability and serviceability of new products Manage development and execution of support strategies for new products Assist in technical product documentation and training presentation development Provide scientific and applications feedback to R&D and Commercial teams Deliver presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and seminars Travel to customer/collaborator sites for technical support Build relationships with sales partners Establish and build out the support function
