Proven experience as an Accountant / Bookkeeper Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles Proficiency in Xero accounting software Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel at an intermediate level High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to work autonomously Excellent communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance Process accounts payable and receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with regulations Prepare and update cashflow forecasts Create and maintain Custom Reports in Xero Identify, develop, and maintain efficient systems and processes Understand and calculate the Margin Scheme as it relates to Property Development
