5+ years of dedicated experience in Experience Strategy, UX Strategy, Service Design, or Product Strategy. Expert-level familiarity with Design Thinking / Human-Centered Design frameworks. Proven ability to thrive in highly iterative, non-waterfall environments. Strong creative collaboration skills with UX/Product Designers. Exceptional ability to create clear, compelling, client-facing decks. Comfort working with technical, product, and business requirements. Solid experience with qualitative UX research. Experience incorporating quantitative inputs (preferred). Proven experience executing competitive experience audits. Experience working with consumer technology brands, major digital platforms, or complex digital products (preferred). High depth of understanding of Google products and fluency in behaviors shaping the future of search experience, AI, and commerce.
