Engineering TPM

6+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management Strong technical background (code, system architecture, ML pipelines) Proven success driving complex technical programs end-to-end Solid understanding of modern software practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfortable working with executive leadership and small teams Experience in AI/ML, computer vision, or large-scale data systems Prior hands-on software development experience (Python, C++, or similar) Familiarity with LLM/VLM development, model integration, or cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Partner with CTO to run daily engineering operations Track deliverables, resolve blockers, and ensure progress Review architecture and code, help debug issues Support integration/testing Own timelines, sprint cycles, and resource planning Bridge communication between CTO and engineering leads Ensure technical decisions are documented Maintain efficient development workflows (JIRA, GitHub, CI/CD) Refine team processes for speed and quality Work closely with Product and Design Translate priorities into actionable engineering tasks Ensure technical deliverables meet standards Provide visibility into status, risks, and dependencies
