Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure & Capacity Management

5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager. 3+ years working with infrastructure teams. Familiarity with Github & Grafana. Ability to read Terraform. Practical experience with full lifecycle management of compute resources (GPUs, CPUs, VMs). Experience at the intersection of software, hardware, and machine learning, particularly with GPUs. Hands-on experience coordinating large-scale, company-wide programs in a technical space. Experience in highly dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Coordinate full lifecycle of compute resources with internal and external teams, emphasizing GPUs. Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs from planning to execution. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Ruthlessly prioritize asks to meet company priorities. Work with leadership on anticipating and planning capacity needs. Deliver clear updates on container releases and model launches.
