Developer Success Engineer

5+ years of relevant experience in technical support or a similar role. Proficiency in Python. Hands-on experience with distributed systems. Hands-on experience with containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges independently. Proactive mindset for engaging with customer issues and driving improvement.

Provide technical support to Dagster+ customers and open-source users. Provide technical guidance on data orchestration, integration, and pipeline development in Dagster (Python). Diagnose and resolve issues related to Dagster installations, integrations, and deployments. Troubleshoot issues with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker). Improve documentation for clarity and usability. Improve support tooling and develop debugging resources. Provide feedback to engineering and product teams to drive product improvements.
