Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in energy, construction, environmental science, or related field preferred 2+ years’ experience in a field services/quality control and quality assurance role, or consulting, energy efficiency or utility experience Certification as a BPI Building Analyst, RESNET HERS Rater, or equivalent; or ability to acquire within first 60 days of employment Knowledge of building science, construction and technical expertise Must be a US Citizen Ability to travel 25% to 75% of the time Experience with SnuggPro a plus
Responsibilities:
Perform on-site residential energy audits Use diagnostic tools to assess air leakage and energy performance Collect and analyze utility data and homeowner usage patterns Educate homeowners about energy-saving opportunities Perform post-installation inspections Ensure compliance with applicable standards and program requirements Collaborate with contractors and program managers Maintain accurate records and submit documentation
