Sales Solutions Engineer (French Speaker)

At least 5 years in a technical pre-sales role in CPaaS, SaaS or Telecom space. Solid understanding and experience of the sales cycle and the role of a pre-sales engineer. Solid understanding of voice protocols (VoIP), SIP implementations or messaging APIs. Knowledge of public cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architectures. Experience writing code in Backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python or PHP) or Web (JS, React). Experience with designing and consuming REST APIs. Fluent French speaker.

Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Partners in the pre-sales process. Build business partnerships and communicate the business value of Twilio solutions. Participate in qualification, discovery, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept, and RFP response. Develop expertise on customer needs and Twilio's communications technology. Lead technical discovery sessions with customers. Build and present product demonstrations and presentations. Understand customer businesses and identify opportunities. Build trusted advisor relationships and present innovative solutions. Share knowledge and build demo assets for the Solutions Engineer community.
