Lead Vision/Mission/Strategy Creation and Alignment with clients and teams. Conduct client and team workshops on product mindset, strategy, user definition, and ideation. Build and design broad digital strategies with clients and lead execution. Partner with UX on research and user needs identification. Act as cross-functional product lead for distributed product teams. Manage project progress and resources with engineering leads. Prioritize and plan content and timeline for releases. Define product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments. Make prioritization trade-offs within product goals. Communicate plans, priorities, and status to stakeholders. Measure and improve business and customer value, develop KPIs, and report on progress. Stay aware of industry issues, trends, and emerging technologies. Mentor and guide Intermediate POs.
