Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition Explored and understand basic structures of major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) Ability to quickly learn and master new software and dashboards Good eye for effective ad hooks and strong analytical skills (comfortable with data/Excel) Comfortable working with and running campaigns on adult/NSFW networks Knowledge of basic online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA) is a nice-to-have Familiarity with analytics or tracking tools (GA4, Voluum) is a nice-to-have Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals is a nice-to-have Fluent in English
