Proven experience in crypto market making (mandatory). Deep understanding of order book microstructure. Hands-on experience managing PnL and exposure across several exchanges. Familiarity with execution, hedging, and market-making best practices. Russian speaker.

Lead and mentor day/night trading teams. Set goals, manage schedules, and monitor team KPIs. Develop, optimize, and maintain market-making strategies. Manage hedging models on multiple exchanges. Enhance algorithms with quants and developers. Analyze liquidity patterns and market dynamics. Monitor exposure, risk ratios, and account health. React to market anomalies and high-volatility events. Set and enforce risk limits. Oversee live trading systems and order-routing performance. Manage multiple wallets and accounts. Coordinate with exchanges on technical and trading matters.
