Legal Counsel

Experience in the tech or platform sector. Familiarity with EU regulations (GDPR, DSA, AI Act). Strong skills in contract lifecycle management. Pragmatic approach to compliance. Ability to translate complex legal and regulatory topics into clear guidance. Comfortable engaging with regulators, authorities, and law enforcement agencies. Proactive and solution-oriented. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Curiosity about new tools and AI.

Draft, negotiate, and manage contract lifecycles. Support Trust & Safety in drafting policies and mitigating risks. Provide legal input to Product teams for privacy-by-design and consumer law compliance. Maintain and update GDPR documentation. Advise on laws and regulations for user safety and online content (DSA, AI Act, GDPR). Assist in developing data privacy programs. Respond to regulatory investigations and law enforcement requests. Support Public Affairs on regulatory trends. Improve Legal processes and knowledge systems. Identify and mitigate legal risks. Provide occasional legal assistance in corporate, labor law, or litigation matters. Mentor the legal intern.
