Requirements
- Master's degree from a Tier 1 law university with a specialization in private law.
- Bar exam passed is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience as a lawyer, including experience in a top law firm.
- Experience in negotiating contracts, GDPR and personal data management, or Corporate law.
- Adept at preventing and handling legal litigations.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Strong writing abilities.
- Ability to lead projects independently.
- Attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in France and internationally.
- Prevent and manage company litigation.
- Draft and review contracts for employees, freelancers, merchants, and suppliers.
- Enhance GDPR compliance, implementing privacy by design and improving processes.
- Oversee corporate law events including share allocations, shareholder meetings, and cap table management.
- Manage IP procedures including domain names and trademarks.
- Support the legal aspects of international expansion, especially in the US.
