Requirements
- Solid professional experience in contract law, ideally in IP/IT, tech, or SaaS environments.
- Expertise in B2B SaaS contracts (IP, indemnification, liability caps, SLAs, data management).
- Fluent in English and capable of working with German-language contracts.
- Experience in multi-jurisdiction contract environments (France/Europe).
- Proven track record in Legal Ops, including CLM configuration, electronic signatures, and document automation.
- Ability to work autonomously on complex, end-to-end legal files.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to simplify complex legal issues for non-lawyers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and procurement agreements with international partners, focusing on Germany.
- Maintain and update contract templates for sales and international expansion.
- Support the sales team in streamlining and securing the B2B sales process for TPE-PME clients.
- Manage negotiations with systems integrators and resellers.
- Lead Legal Ops projects to optimize contract management tools and internal processes.
- Provide legal training and act as a strategic business partner to non-legal departments.
