Senior Consultant (Africa)

Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field; advanced degree is a plus. 3-8 years of relevant experience in the public sector, at consulting firms or international organizations with demonstrable client-facing delivery. Demonstrated experience in delivering project results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business-level English proficiency. French fluency is a plus. Sector expertise in one or more industries within Africa is a plus. Must have existing right-to-work documentation for Africa. Based or willing to relocate to Sub-Saharan countries with a willingness to develop Delivery Associates’ activities across the continent. Knowledge of specific policy fields (agriculture, health, education, climate, or international development) is desirable.

Drive results-oriented client engagements and build trust-based relationships. Provide coaching and guidance to client teams for measurable results. Lead data-driven problem-solving, analysis, and strategy development. Plan and execute strategic delivery of prioritized reforms. Develop high-impact communication materials and presentations. Build capacity for sustainable delivery through training and workshops.
