Principal Engineer/Head of Engineering - Payments

10+ years of software engineering experience 5+ years in a leadership role Proven track record of scaling and leading engineering teams in a SaaS and eCommerce environment Experience with payment processing, checkout systems, or related eCommerce technologies Deep expertise in modern web technologies Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) Deep expertise in software architecture best practices Strong problem-solving skills Ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Define and execute the engineering vision for scalability, security, and performance. Recruit, mentor, and lead the engineering team.
