Responsibilities

  • Assist with tenant communications via email, chat, or phone
  • Schedule property inspections, maintenance appointments, and vendor services
  • Maintain and update property records, lease documents, and tenant files
  • Process maintenance requests and coordinate with repair vendors
  • Track rental payments, invoices, and basic financial documentation
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for property managers
  • Support tenant onboarding and lease renewals
  • Monitor property related inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
  • Assist with listing management, marketing updates, and tenant screening
