Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Assist with tenant communications via email, chat, or phone Schedule property inspections, maintenance appointments, and vendor services Maintain and update property records, lease documents, and tenant files Process maintenance requests and coordinate with repair vendors Track rental payments, invoices, and basic financial documentation Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for property managers Support tenant onboarding and lease renewals Monitor property related inquiries and ensure timely follow-up Assist with listing management, marketing updates, and tenant screening
