Requirements

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Familiarity with property management software or CRMs is a plus

Responsibilities
- Assist with tenant communications via email, chat, or phone
- Schedule property inspections, maintenance appointments, and vendor services
- Maintain and update property records, lease documents, and tenant files
- Process maintenance requests and coordinate with repair vendors
- Track rental payments, invoices, and basic financial documentation
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for property managers
- Support tenant onboarding and lease renewals
- Monitor property related inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
- Assist with listing management, marketing updates, and tenant screening
