Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Prior experience in companies with fewer than 100 employees with significant ownership Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, Go, or Java, with a strong preference for TypeScript Experience as a product engineer, platform engineer, or ML-focused engineer Deep understanding of backend architecture, systems design, testing, and API development Strong problem-solving ability, capable of independently solving complex engineering problems

Develop complex RL environments and sandbox systems Design evaluation systems including engineering challenges, task frameworks, scoring mechanisms, test suites, and mock infrastructure Contribute full-stack across backend, testing, mocks, task evaluation, and light frontend Navigate infrastructure components as needed Build internal tools and agent-driven systems
