A collaborative attitude and eagerness to support candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers alike. Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.). Ability to work in standard EST or CST working hours. A genuine interest in recruiting, operations, or people-focused functions.
