Lead Agentic Security

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity Deep hands-on experience in at least one of: SOC operations, SIEM management, incident response, threat hunting, cloud security, or red/blue teaming At least 3 years leading security teams or service lines Comfortable managing cross-functional teams Awareness of how AI can be applied in cybersecurity operations Interest and strategic vision in AI in cybersecurity Experience with Microsoft Defender suite, Sentinel, and related cloud-native security technologies Track record in consultative sales or client-facing delivery Strong ability to identify client pain points, design solutions, and contribute to proposals Results-driven, goal-oriented Comfortable shaping long-term security transformation roadmaps Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven negotiation and stakeholder influence experience Fluent in English (minimum B2)

Lead and evolve the strategic direction of SOC-centric offerings Identify opportunities to automate security workflows using intelligent agents Guide the team in piloting AI-powered use cases Engage with CISOs and security teams to understand pain points Design tailored automation and orchestration strategies Contribute to the vision and early-stage design of security automation tools Work with AI engineers, cloud architects, and leads to integrate automation Lead consultative engagements with clients and support pre-sales cycles Prepare technical proposals and contribute to offering development Stay on top of emerging AI applications for cyber defense
