Maintain and update website content, offers, and promotions (Magento preferred) Conduct regular site checks and act as first contact for website issues Compile marketing and customer data for reports and performance tracking Maintain documentation for marketing processes and operations Provide backup support for operational functions and special projects Prepare and update data and spreadsheets for cross-functional teams Manage email and SMS campaigns, contact lists, and data integrity (Dotdigital or similar) Audit and improve campaigns, schedule automations, and support new deployments Create and QA email templates aligned with brand standards
