2-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or Data Analytics in a SaaS or tech environment. Strong proficiency in SQL. Comfort working with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.). Experience with BI platforms like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. Solid understanding of data visualization and storytelling principles. Strong grasp of product related metrics: activation, retention, churn, funnels, cohorts, segmentation. Working knowledge of Python, R, or Google Apps Script (a plus). Strong communicator. Eagerness to learn and experiment with AI tools and automation frameworks.
