Experience building and scaling infrastructure at a later stage than the current company Experience dealing with large amounts of data Automation experience (provisioning, monitoring, release process) Proficiency in coding and reviewing code changes Comfort evaluating and taking risks Ability to make independent decisions on technical direction Willingness to debug issues and optimize data models Strong asynchronous communication skills

Optimize infrastructure components like the recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler Create automated guardrails for data security and privacy Implement tools for faster feature shipping (e.g., canary deploys) Define and implement SLOs and SLIs Ensure communication with external services supports retries and circuit-breakers Implement infrastructure for event-driven architecture and data warehousing Debug complex infrastructure and application issues Contribute to developer tooling and experience
