5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Virtual Agents). Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying at least five business-grade Power Apps solutions. Strong understanding of workflow automation, business process optimisation, and data connectivity. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders. Ability to translate user stories into scalable Power Platform solutions. Experience in process improvement, process mining, and documentation. Experience applying AI, Machine Learning, or RPA within Power Platform projects.

Collaborate with business teams to deliver Power Platform projects. Apply problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges. Conduct process mining to scope Power Platform solutions. Design and develop Power Apps integrated with Power Automate and Power BI. Provide architecture, configuration, and functional support for Microsoft 365 technologies. Design end-to-end solutions to enhance collaboration and productivity.
