7+ years of progressive accounting experience Proven expertise in inventory and cost accounting Advanced proficiency with Sage 100 Cloud ERP (required) Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBM/AWD accounting, and 3PL integrations Experience with AI and automation tools (preferred) Advanced Excel skills Experience with BI tools (a plus) Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements. Oversee A/P, A/R, payroll, and banking. Consolidate financial results from multiple entities. Partner with leadership on financial reporting and forecasting. Manage inventory and cost accounting across multiple facilities. Maintain standard and actual cost accounting in Sage 100 Cloud. Track production costs and reconcile inventory movements. Oversee Amazon FBA/FBM/AWD financial activities. Manage Amazon advertising spend, fees, and revenue recognition. Serve as primary administrator for Sage 100 Cloud. Integrate Sage 100 Cloud with Amazon and 3PL systems. Implement AI-driven tools for automation and forecasting. Develop automated financial reports. Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness. Align production planning, financial forecasting, and cash flow. Collaborate with operations and supply chain for cost controls. Provide insights into pricing strategy and profitability.
