3+ years of experience in content creation, video editing, or digital marketing design. Excellent English comprehension and communication. Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling instincts. Exceptional attention to detail in spelling, kerning, and framing. Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines. Stable high-speed internet and modern editing workstation (Windows or Mac). Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro. Proficiency in After Effects. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (InDesign a plus). Experience with OpusClip or native templates for captions. Experience with Google Drive and Trello for project management. Experience with Go High Level CRM.

Produce and edit full-length podcasts (video and audio). Edit short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) with captions, B-roll, motion text, and hook intros. Mix clean audio, apply color correction, and ensure broadcast-level sound and visuals. Create motion infographics, video explainers, and animated text. Edit video ads for landing pages, funnels, and recruiting campaigns. Design high-CTR thumbnails for podcasts and short-form videos. Produce static ad creatives, carousels, and other digital media. Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms. Design assets for lead magnets, newsletters, and marketing collateral. Deliver designs sized and optimized for each platform. Design and update monthly newsletters within Go High Level CRM. Maintain organized cloud folders, project files, and creative archives. Participate in creative standups for project alignment. Work from written or video briefs and communicate effectively.
