8+ years of progressive experience in software development. 3-5 years in a dedicated Software Architect or Principal Engineer role. Mastery of the Java/Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security). Deep knowledge of JVM performance tuning. Expert in cloud-native design patterns. Hands-on experience architecting on AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, IAM). Authority in data architecture, including relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and event streaming (Kafka/Kinesis). Deep understanding of front-end architecture (Angular). Demonstrated leadership in establishing technical governance and mentoring. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture and roadmap for application modernization. Establish enterprise-wide architectural principles, standards, and best practices. Lead technology selection and evaluation for the entire stack. Architect for key non-functional requirements on AWS. Champion innovation and introduce emerging technologies. Lead Architecture Review Boards and technical governance processes. Collaborate with leadership to translate business strategy into technology strategy. Partner with DevOps/SRE teams to evolve CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code platforms. Provide guidance and make critical decisions on complex technical challenges.
