Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET) - GovTech / HR Software (Mexico)

5+ years of experience in SaaS or Enterprise Application Development. Proven hands-on experience with .NET Core and interest or experience with .NET 8.0. Strong background building and deploying microservices in cloud environments (preferably AWS). Advanced MS SQL Server skills — database design, development, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with Angular, including integration with backend APIs. Experience using AI-assisted development tools in a software development context. Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, self-tested code. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Lead migration of legacy .NET MVC application to .NET 8.0, focusing on backend services and API development. Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient microservices deployed on AWS. Develop and optimize MS SQL Server schemas, queries, and stored procedures. Collaborate with front-end teams to build, maintain, and optimize Angular components. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring quality through comprehensive self-testing. Use AI-powered tools to improve development speed and quality. Apply strong understanding of data structures, multi-threading, and N-Tier architecture. Troubleshoot complex issues across development, testing, and production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup. Use GIT for version control and contribute to modern CI/CD pipelines.
